Grown-ups' corner
How do I open the grown-ups' corner?
Tap Grown-ups at the top right of the town map. A parent gate asks you to type a number written in words (for "sixty-three", type 63). Inside you will find your child's progress, this week's play, sound, age, the unlock, and reset.
What do the levels mean?
Each skill (counting, letters, shapes and so on) has ten levels. The game moves up when your child gets things right and quietly back down when something is hard. The Progress tab says, in plain words, what your child is learning now and what comes next.
Can I change my child's age?
Yes, in the grown-ups' corner under Age. This sets each skill's starting level for that age; after that the game adapts to how your child plays.
How do I start again?
Grown-ups' corner, then Reset. It asks twice, then clears the learning progress. Coins, eggs, clothes and creatures are kept.
Buying and restoring
What is free, and what does the unlock add?
Eight games (the first in every room), every room's toy and all of Home Base are free. One purchase unlocks all 34 games and every future room. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy: coins and eggs are earned by playing and can never be bought.
I bought the unlock but the games are locked
Open the grown-ups' corner, go to Unlock and tap Restore purchase. The game asks your store (App Store, Google Play or Amazon) and unlocks everything if the purchase is there. Use the same store account you bought it with. If a payment is still pending (for example waiting for a parent's approval), the games open by themselves once it goes through.
Does the unlock work on my other devices?
Yes, on any device signed in to the same store account: install the game, then use Restore purchase. Progress itself stays on each device, because the game keeps nothing online.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), Google Play (your order history in the Play Store) or Amazon (Your Apps and Devices). We are happy to help if you write to us.
Playing
My child cannot read yet. Is that all right?
Yes. Every instruction is spoken, and Say again repeats it. If your child waits a few seconds, a pointing hand shows what to do.
Does it need the internet?
No. Tumbleberry Town works completely offline, with no ads and no tracking. See our privacy policy.
The sound is too loud or too quiet
Grown-ups' corner, then Sound: music, sound effects and the voice each have their own volume.
Still stuck?
Email support@tumbleberrytown.com with your device (for example "Samsung Galaxy Tab A" or "iPad 9th generation") and what happened. Please don't send any details about your child.
